INSURANCE PATIENTS

We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury and many health insurance plans. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

NO INSURANCE

If you are uninsured or choose to pay out of pocket for your treatment, Lula Health Center will offer you a discounted price. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic and massage to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

Chiropractic, First Visit: $120
Chiropractic, Follow Up: $60

Focused Massage (30 min): $40
Full Body Massage (60 min): $65
Deluxe Massage (90 min): $90
