Massage Therapy At Lula

This is not your average spa massage. Our Massage Therapists use techniques that create changes in your tissues and have lasting benefits. We combine relaxation techniques with deep, therapeutic work to support both body and mind. As part of a regular health routine, massage retrains the body to function in a more relaxed state.

Here are a few ways Massage Therapy does more than chill you out: improves circulation, relieves tight muscles, releases compressed nerves, improves flexibility and range of motion, enhances energy and vitality, and some clinical techniques help heal scar tissue as well as tendon, ligament, and muscle tears.

massage myofacial

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a technique that focuses on the connective tissue that wraps, connects, and supports your muscles called Fascia. With long sustained strokes, the aim is to release tension and adhesions in the fascia so that your muscles can glide freely. This reduces pain, improves strength and support, and prevents future injuries.

Prenatal Massage
